Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Veld Verify, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.

2. Informational service

Veld Verify provides a structured interface for informational card evaluation. It is not an official issuer portal, retailer balance service, financial institution, payment processor, redemption platform, or source of financial advice.

3. No affiliation

References to card brands, retailers, and issuers are descriptive only. Veld Verify is not sponsored, endorsed, operated by, or affiliated with those third parties. Their names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Your responsibilities

You may submit only information that you are authorized to provide. Real card numbers, redemption codes, PINs, CVVs, expiry values, and card photos are prohibited where they are not permitted by the relevant issuer or platform. You must not use the service to access another person's card, test stolen data, evade issuer controls, commit fraud, or interfere with the platform.

You are responsible for confirming balances, status, and redemption terms through the official issuer or retailer.

5. Results and availability

Results and references are provided on an "as available" basis and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. No result guarantees a balance, activation status, authenticity, merchant acceptance, or successful redemption.

6. Operational scope

This service is an informational validation workflow using Supabase-managed backend functions. It does not validate, activate, redeem, or determine the balance of any real card.

7. Prohibited use

• Do not submit card information without authorization.
• Do not probe, automate, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
• Do not misrepresent Veld Verify as an official brand or issuer service.
• Do not use results to facilitate unlawful activity or deceive another person.

8. Intellectual property

The Veld Verify interface, original copy, visual system, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veld Verify and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or reliance on the service.

11. Changes and termination

Access may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. These terms may also be revised. Continued use after an updated effective date indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
